Really impressed with the quality. The red light therapy belt feels solid and well made. It even comes with an extra strap so I can wrap it around different areas easily. The controller cable is a good length, no awkward tugging or messing with wires. Tried it around my waist for a quick 15 minute session and everything worked great. It didn’t overheat, and it actually felt really relaxing. I know red light therapy isn’t a quick fix, but I’m sure I’ll see solid results in a month.

I wake up with lower back pain quite often and decided to give this red light therapy belt a try! I use it right before bed and after several weeks of use, I really do not wake up with back pain anymore. It is excellent quality, fits perfectly, is comfortable, and is absolutely doing something helpful. I injured my wrist last week and used it for a couple of days and my wrist healed quickly. I would highly recommend!
